Files/databases containing personal data (either electronic or manual) are checked at least every two years. Where this is no longer the case, records will be deleted or confidentially destroyed.
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide you or your company with our services. How Do We Protect Your Information?
Jura Consultants takes appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures (collectively “Security Measures”) to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration and destruction. Access to these data are restricted to staff at Jura Consultants. Staff are only permitted to access these data in connection with their work. All staff access on desktops and mobile devices is password protected.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
